We counsel clients in different stages of procurement proceedings and in all of the related matters at various procurements (incl. public procurements) regardless of whether the client is a tenderer or a contracting entity. We help the tenderers to select the suitable type of procurement procedure, prepare contracting documents, evaluate the tenders, and we also counsel tenderers on the conclusion of a procurement contract. We provide counselling services to contracting entities in assessment of tender documents, we help to prepare the tenders corresponding to the contracting documents, advise on conclusion of a procurement contract and its later performance. We also stand for the rights and interests of clients in the fields related to public procurements, representing clients both in a dispute committee and the court proceedings.
In addition to tender proceedings, we also counsel clients on carrying out auctions and competitions, participating in them, and solving related disputes.
