International trade law

When offering goods and services abroad, it is important to know the rules that regulate international trade, including customs-related issues. We counsel our clients in concluding and performing international sales agreements and transport agreements both in Estonia and abroad. We also represent clients in settling disputes arising from trade law both in national courts and extra-judicial bodies for settling disputes, as well as in foreign countries.

An advocate of the law firm, Eeva Mägi, has obtained experience at the Directorate-General for Trade at the European Commission, participated in trade relationships between China and Estonia, and has extensive knowledge in WTO-related matters.
