We will destroy the collected data as soon as the purpose is fulfilled and the law does not require the data to be retained or at your request, if permitted by law.
4. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

4.1. The right to inspect and request the rectification of your data;

4.4. The right to request the transfer of your data if your data is processed with your consent or by mutual agreement;

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when providing legal services to clients, there may be restrictions on the disclosure and deletion of data, therefore we may not be able to disclose, delete or transfer stored and processed data due to legal requirements or Estonian Bar Association rules. 5. Sharing of collected personal data
We share the collected personal data at the request of the authorities or in cases where it is necessary to provide the service to you.

We take all precautions to protect personal information. Access to data
only authorized persons have the right to do so.
