3.1. To establish identity (eg name, personal identification code, date of birth, identity document data, including document number and period of validity);

3.2. For the provision of legal services, transmission of information, preparation and issuance of invoices (eg contact details, including telephone number, address, e-mail address, language of communication);

3.3. To fulfill obligations arising from agreements and legislation, including the identification of conflicts of interest;

3.4. We process the collected personal data only for the purpose for which they were collected and store it only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose or the requirements arising from law.

We will destroy the collected data as soon as the purpose is fulfilled and the law does not require the data to be retained or at your request, if permitted by law.

4. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

You can always change the personal data we process. We must submit a notification to at least the e-mail address mmab@mmab.ee.

You can exercise your rights at any time in relation to the processing of your personal data:

4.1. The right to inspect and request the rectification of your data;

4.2. The right to object to the processing of your data, including, for example, the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;

4.3. The right to request the deletion of your data if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or if you consider the processing of personal data to be unlawful;

4.4. The right to request the transfer of your data if your data is processed with your consent or by mutual agreement;

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when providing legal services to clients, there may be restrictions on the disclosure and deletion of data, therefore we may not be able to disclose, delete or transfer stored and processed data due to legal requirements or Estonian Bar Association rules. These laws and regulations may restrict your exercise of your data subject’s rights.

5. Sharing of collected personal data

We share the collected personal data at the request of the authorities or in cases where it is necessary to provide the service to you.

6. Protection of personal data

We take all precautions to protect personal information. Access to data
only authorized persons have the right to do so.

7. Data Protection Terms and Changes

We reserve the right to change our data protection policy if necessary and at our discretion. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is published on our website.
